The Mazurka Polish Dancers of San Antonio is a group of dance enthusiasts who give of their time and energy to preserve and perpetuate the folk art of song and dance of Poland and the early Texas Polish settlers.  Polish pioneers came to the United States and Texas and brought with them many of their homeland traditions, customs, music, dance, and wonderful food.

The Mazurka Polish Dancers of San Antonio include in their repertoire many of the national and regional dances of Poland.  Many provinces of Poland are represneted in the colorful and lively dance repertoire.  An example of this is the kujawiak, polka, waltz, mazur, and polonaise.  These dances illustrate a variety of styles that possess an enchanting repertoire of Polish folk music.  The Mazurka Polish Dancers perform for family celebrations and reunions, weddings, festivals, business groups, schools, conventions, and many other formal and informal gatherings in San Antonio and throughout Texas.
