Xibuké Dance Company is comprised of 8 members and is the newest salsa
group to hit San Antonio! The group is instructed by Jessica Gonzales
and Angel Santiago who are proud to regularly perform every choreography
that
they create.
Xibuké Dance Company is available for various community activities including
social events, corporate events, salsa showcases, pageants, weddings,
quinceneras, and many others upon request. Our main goal is to share our
love and passion for this exciting and explosive art form with the community,
giving willing people the opportunity to express themselves through the
art and joy of Latin dance! |

Learn to Social Dance in just 4 months...
Beginning April 3rd, 2007 We will be offering a new 4 Week Salsa Course that will have you tearing up the dance floors!
Level 1 - Intro to Salsa - 6:30pm
This course is designed for people with very little or no experience in this dance or dancing in general. Material covered will be introduction to basic step, turns and initial exposure to leading and following techniques. The course contains 4 progressive 1 hour classes.
Level 2 - Beginner/Intermediate - 7:30pm
This course is designed for people that have some experience in this dance or have completed the Level 1 course. Material covered will be directional movements, leading and following techniques and turn patterns. The course contains 4 progressive 1 hour classes.
Level 3 - Intermediate/Advance - 8:30pm
This course is designed for people with a strong foundation in this dance. Preferably students would have completed the level 1 and level 2 courses. Material covered will be intricate turns and patterns with styling. The course contains 4 progressive 1 hour classes.
Course Fees:
4 Weeks, Adults Level 1, 2, or 3, $40/student
Thursdays: (Drop in Class) $12/student
6:30 – 8:00 pm: Latin Rhythms
Merengue, Salsa, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha & Bachata
8:00 – 9:30 pm: Salsa Combinations
First we show you the basic way of executing the combination then we show how to spice it up and make it flashy.
