SA Tangueros is a non-profit group dedicated to the development of an Argentine Tango community in the San Antonio area. The group members teach, give demonstrations, organize dance events, publish and distribute information relating to Argentine Tango, and sponsor workshops by visiting Tango teachers.
Two classes are taught simultaneously from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., at two levels: Foundations and Pre-Intermediate.
Presently, the Pre-Intermediate class is taught on a drop-in basis, but there is some continuity in the material from class to class. The Foundations class starts anew at the beginning of the month. New students are accepted the first and second weeks of class.
After the classes there is a practica. Instuctors are available for advice and guidance during the practica.
The instructors are also available for private lessons.
