Roni’s career started at the early age of 13, when he obtained a scholarship to study with the Joffrey Ballet. Roni gained his performing experience working for the Leon Felder Modern Dance Co., Jim Henson’s, The Muppet Show, and the New Jersey Ballet Theater. On Broadway, he had the opportunity and privilege to work under the direction of world-renowned Andrew Lloyd Webber, Arlene Philips and Trevor Nunn.

Roni is one of the original cast members of the Broadway Musical “Starlight Express” and the “Muppet Show.” The Starlight Express took Roni on tour all over the American Continent, Canada, Germany and Europe. Under the leadership and direction of Paul Simon, Roni was part of the beginning stages of the Broadway Musical “Caveman”; staring Ruben Blades, Mark Anthony and other Latin Performers.

Roni experienced Broadway’s bright lights as an actor, singer and lead dancer. Roni’s passion and appreciation for dance, Latin Rhythms and the theater were the founding reasons he collaborated in the creation of the original Latin Musical Revue “Rumba Dreams”. Dreams are only a step away from becoming a reality. In Rumba Dreams, Dreams are a reality.
